A 3 o'clock morning departure to climb up the mountain to watch the sunrise with the colossal statues of the kings and Gods on Mount Nemrut. Drive back to Kahta through Arsemia, Roman bridge of Cendere and tumulus blackbird. Arrive at Kahta, have breakfast and relax. Next continue to Urfa to visit Harran and the Balikli Gol—pools with holy carp and trout.

Drive to Van, visit the Akdamar Church en route. Take a small boat ride to Akdamar Island on Lake Van.
